About centerline collaborative
centerline collaborative is a corporate wellness and organizational well-being consultancy dedicated to helping companies and their employees return to center — operating with greater efficiency, grounded awareness, and intuitive flow — through
The name reflects our philosophy: every organization has a center line — a point of balance where people and purpose align. Our work is to help you rediscover it in each individual.
We design and co-create customized programs in mindfulness, stress reduction, and wellness development that support employees in staying steady and balanced amid the pace of modern work. These experiences foster clarity, creativity, and sustainable engagement — strengthening both individual resilience and collective performance.
At centerline collaborative, partnership is at the heart of everything we do. Each initiative is a collaborative process, crafted alongside your leadership to fit your culture, goals, and rhythm. We believe that well-being isn’t a perk — it’s the foundation for innovation, collaboration, and meaningful success.
Through custom workshops, day-long retreats, and team wellness initiatives, we help organizations build cultures where balance and performance coexist, and where people can show up centered, connected, and ready to thrive.
We envision a world where the workplace becomes a space of presence, purpose, and possibility — where individuals feel centered, leaders model authenticity, and organizations thrive from the inside out.
About our team
Jennifer Ferris-Glick is a therapist, educator, and wellness consultant who has spent over fifteen years helping individuals and organizations cultivate mindfulness, emotional resilience, and authentic connection.
She is the founder of centerline collaborative, a corporate wellness and leadership development practice that partners with companies to create mindful, balanced, and high-performing workplace cultures.
With a background in counseling psychology and art therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive neuroscience, Jennifer bridges evidence-based approaches with creative and embodied practices. Her work integrates neuroscience-informed stress reduction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and expressive modalities such as movement, breathwork, and sound — offering experiences that engage both the mind and body in lasting transformation.
Since 2010, Jennifer has designed and facilitated wellness and leadership programs for a wide range of organizations, including SAP, Uber, American Eagle, UPMC, Allegheny General Hospital, II-VI (now Coherent), Garrison Hughes, MSA, GBBN Edge, Marc USA, Renewal, and Edgar Snyder & Associates, Lululemon, American Eagle Outfitters, among others.
Her programs — ranging from on-site mindfulness training to executive retreats and team-building experiences — are known for blending depth with accessibility, helping teams find equilibrium and clarity amid complexity.
Jennifer’s approach centers on the belief that well-being and performance are not opposites but partners. When individuals are grounded and connected to purpose, teams naturally become more innovative, collaborative, and resilient.
Through her work, she helps organizations build the internal skills that sustain external success: presence, empathy, adaptability, and compassion.
In addition to her corporate consulting, Jennifer maintains a private therapy and supervised practice, leads community mindfulness and arts-based programs, and regularly speaks on topics related to spiritual practice, psychological flexibility, creative resilience, and mindful leadership.
Her teaching and facilitation style are marked by warmth, clarity, and an ability to create safe, grounded spaces where growth and authenticity can unfold.
